Newsletter April 2026

Namaste friends,

With endings comes new beginnings.

If you follow me on social media you may (or may not, as seems to be the increasing case) seen my last post regarding the change to the way I am choosing to keep in touch with everyone. Here’s what I wrote in case you missed it:

‘Anyone else feel like they want to engage in social media less and less?

It’s tricky for us small business owners as it can feel like, ‘well if I don’t use Instagram and FB where else are people going to get to know about what I offer and when?’ It can feel like a catch 22…

But I can’t ignore the messages from my body and at the moment every post I make I’m feeling like I’m feeding the monster! 👾

It also takes time putting a post together and I don’t even know if it’s been seen by anyone who aligns with me as I don’t jump through the algorithm hoops 🤯.

I’m being pushed away from my phone and towards the real. The green that is full of life not the unreal of AI🌱🌷🦋🦇⚡️

So my posts might be few and far between from now on- maybe just a poster here and a poster there just in case anyone sees it and fancies coming along to what I offer.

I’ll be spending more time on my newsletters and website and of course in that ever important human to human way - face to face! - staying connected with people who align and benefit from what I offer in what feels like a healthier way for not only me, but you too. If you would like to keep in touch be sure to join our community newsletter - the link can be found in the bio or on my website www.lovelightyoga.co.uk

I keep my website up to date so do keep popping on there to check out new events and class updates.

Social media - it’s had its pros but now I think the bubble is bursting….

Hope to see you out in the real World soon!’

So with that - welcome to our new look Yoga and Nature Connection newsletter!

Feel free to share it with family and friends.
Sit down for 10, put your feet up and take your time browsing through… let’s rebel against the fast pace, constant bombardment of content and take our time to read, pause and reflect.

I hope you enjoy the different sections. Please do let me know your thoughts and if there are any areas of Yoga or Nature connection you would like me to highlight in future news, just pop an email over to me.
