Nurture Well

Support through Yoga for Women as they cross the threshold into Motherhood

What’s it all about?

A workshop day that blends Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Baby Massage. Empowering you with tools for Pregnancy and early Motherhood.

We understand the vital role of your partner in your journey so invite them to also join us for part of the day. Sharing baby massage techniques so they can feel confident in caring and helping to soothe baby and giving them the opportunity to feel included in this transition into Parenthood.

Making the journey through Pregnancy into Motherhood can be challenging. We can often feel unequipped for those first months with baby. Our bodies adapting after the 9 months of gestation and a new life to care for.

Our workshop day aims to offer you self-care practices that will carry you through Pregnancy and into the Postnatal phase with ease. The day includes Pregnancy Yoga to benefit your body, mind and emotions in this part of your journey. The postures help to keep the body supple and strong. The relaxation helps to relieve stress and promote restful sleep, whilst the breathing and visualisation will help to carry you through your birthing experience and into the arms of your baby.

Postnatal Yoga techniques will also be shared, giving you tools to use after birth to regain strength and alignment in body and pelvic floor.

We invite partners to join us for part of the workshop as we explore Baby Massage techniques to help soothe baby, strengthen muscles and promote relaxation.

Giving you both vital, natural tools to nurture baby and promote bonding and also giving you the opportunity to meet other local parents-to-be in the area.

Suitable for Women who are new to Yoga and who have experience. You are welcome to join us from 14 weeks of pregnancy to birth.
