What’s it all about?

Yoga is a beautiful way to improve your overall health and wellbeing by reducing stress, improving flexibility and gently strengthening the physical body.

Yoga for Women’s Wellness.

In these class we cover the fundamentals of Yoga, sequencing and healthy alignment.

Different options are provided throughout so you can work to your own level and energy that day. This makes the class suitable for most beginners and those who have been practicing Yoga for a while.

We work on a 6 week Yoga ‘theme’ - practicing the same asana (postures), pranayama (breath extension exercise), mudra (sacred gesture) and mantra (sacred sound) for 6 weeks so we can allow integration of the practice, time for you to see progress and to also allow time for you to memorise part or all of the practice - empowering and giving you the confidence to roll out your mat at home should you wish.

You are welcome to join any week - you don’t need to wait until week 1 of our 6 week theme.

All our weekly classes are inspired by our inner and outer cycles and seasons, giving us the added benefits of a deep connection with Nature through our Yoga practice.

When and where is this class?

Every Monday at 6.30pm – 7.30pm and every Thursday at 6.15pm – 7.15pm at Werrington Village Hall, Ash Bank Road, Werrington. Staffordshire. ST9 0JS.

Every Tuesday at 5.45 - 6.45pm at Ipstones Memorial Hall, Church Lane, Ipstones. Staffordshire. ST10 2LD.

How do I join?

 

Please note these classes are for women only.

There is no need to pre book, just come along any week with a mat and a blanket if you have one. I do have a few spare mats so if you need to borrow for the first class that is fine.

Exchange: £7. This can be paid via bank transfer either at class or before.
