What to expect when you come along
to Natalie’s classes

Natalie has roots in a variety of different schools of Yoga.

This enables her to create a unique blend of asana (postures) and offer different options depending on where you are at in your Yoga journey. She has a relaxed teaching style, understanding that we are different every time we come to our mat.

The classes are based upon the foundation of non-judgement and not being competitive. Natalie encourages everyone to listen to their own body and to have a deep respect for it. During her classes you can often hear her reminder that she is there as a guide for you and it is you who knows your body the best!

Natalie embodies everything she offers, which allows her to teach from personal experience and a place of authenticity.

What Natalie shares with you in class are techniques and understandings that she knows work in creating a greater sense of well-being.

Here are her top tips and daily go-to’s that help to keep her sane, grounded and calm!

Getting my dose of vitamin green everyday. Time spent outdoors with Nature is crucial.

Movement. The way I love to move my body is through Yoga. Every morning Sun Salutations to welcome in the day.

Eat fresh, alive foods, full of life energy. Foods that don’t need a label. What we put into our bodies we get out - nutritious foods in = vibrant energy out.

Have a gate keeper for the news. Not getting sucked into the fear and doom scrolling. We digest not only food but what we open ourselves up to as well. Being mindful of the energy we absorb.

Support. Have a strong, healthy group of human beings around to connect with, have fun and explore life with!

Joy. Do something that brings joy everyday. A dance around the kitchen with my boys does it for me.

Be creative. Think outside the box. Push the boundaries. Explore. Create with Soul.

Gratitude. My daily meditation and gratitude practice is a must. Quiet time and solace brings clarity and heart led actions. I do this every morning after my Sun Salutations!

A place to come together to grow connections.

There is always a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels equal. You feel more than just another person turning up to a Yoga class as Natalie likes to get to know everyone on a personal level and gives you the space to be seen and heard. Natalie also has a remarkable ability to remember names!

Yoga is rich in philosophy and she brings this into the practice through the use of mantra (a vibration that helps you to enter a state of meditation), mudra (sacred gestures to channel the body’s energy flow) and meditation, embracing the fact that Yoga is more than ‘just another exercise class.’ Natalie works on balancing and regaining well-being on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

So when you come to meet the outside world again you can harness your highest potential and move forward in a way that is more aligned with your true Self. In class you will learn how to use a variety of different tools that can be applied in your daily life, empowering you with natural ways to manage stress, anxiety, disconnection and imbalances.

Natalie provides support and encourages you to live your Yoga and progress in your practice giving ideas and inspiration on how to meet your goals and aspirations.
