Newsletter June 2025

The more I feel into June, the more I think it’s going to be a busy month where anything could happen!

We have our daytime Yoga class starting today at the lovely Dilhorne Recreation Centre. The daytime class will follow the same structure as the evening classes - there will be a 6 week theme, no block booking or booking in advance needed and people welcome to come along any week, but the Yoga itself will be different. The practice will be slow and steady, spending more time in each asana. I think towards the end of the week, a slower practice is nice and often very much needed!

Feel free to come and join us today at 11.30am. It will be lovely to see you there.

As some of you may know, I base what I offer on what feels right, making my decisions on synchronicities, intuition and what comes from the heart. I had a clear message the other day that I need to restart my Pregnancy Yoga classes, if only it be for a short time.

I qualified in Pregnancy Yoga after my second son was born and offered local classes for many years. I still see some of the Mums around now with their not so little babies! Some now being 7 and 8 years old.
I paused the classes during covid then went on to offer one to one classes only. Visiting Women at their homes and offering Pregnancy Yoga there.

Anyway, it seems the time has come to restart the class, welcoming Pregnant Goddesses and supporting them with the practice of Yoga! The classes will be offered as a 5 week course and we start on Sunday 22nd June at 6.30pm at Dilhorne Recreation Centre.

If you know any Women who may be interested, please do share this with them. Let’s see if we can gather a lovely circle together.

Next week sees the start of our new evening Yoga theme where we will shift our attention to our Solar plexus - the centre of our power! With Summer Solstice on the horizon, this is our inspiration as we plug into our internal Sun and play around with Surya Namaskar variations.
Today is the last chance to catch our current theme as we work on the channel between the heart and pelvic bowl - connecting our heart to our creativity. I’ll see you at Werrington Village Hall at 6.15pm if you can make it.
