Newsletter 19th June 2026

We are fresh back from our weekend ‘Return to Nature’ Yoga retreat in Wales. We had a wonderful group of 10 Women join together for well deserved rest, recuperation and time out from day to day life. There was plenty of Yoga, nature connection and time spent horizontal as we rested our bones in meditation and some afternoon naps! The conversation was rich, the energy was supportive and the weather was great! A couple of the Women even went for a wild swim in the lake at the venue. I always feel so blessed when Women join me for a whole weekend. I know time is precious so for them to say yes to spending it on retreat with me - well it’s pretty amazing - thank you. I’ve included a few photos from our weekend below and you can see Stacey’s beautiful nature mandala above. We all created one to leave on the land as a gift and a channel for our creative juices to flow through! It’s nice to think of the people who may come across them and smile. Brightening up the day of others.

Plans for our final Yoga retreat of the year in November are coming together nicely. We have a chef lined up for this one - who is coming along to the venue on Saturday evening to prepare and cook a wholesome, seasonal 2 course meal for us. I can’t wait!

This weekend we welcome the Summer Solstice. Can you believe the longest day of the year is here! After this weekend here on in we make our way slowly back towards the dark! I can hear ‘oh no’s’ echo through the land as I say this! So my invitation to you is to make the most of this time. Soak in the light and Sun, enjoy the flowers, the colour and time connecting with friends and family outdoors. Life can all too easy sweep us up and we forget to really acknowledge and appreciate where we are in the year.

As you know, I draw on the cycles of Nature a lot in what I offer. Following the beauty of the seasons and the lunar cycle light me up and inspire the classes and events I share. Something else has been quietly gestating for some time… I first came to discover the power of our inner cycles and seasons in 2017 and have been on a journey of self discovery with them ever since. This body of knowledge, understanding and exploration is now wanting to seep out in a more profound way and be shared into our community.  As I steer my Yoga more towards Women’s health and wellness, expect a few tweaks and changes on the horizon.

There is still time to join us for our next Earth School Staffordshire Moorlands session on 28th June with the wonderful Nick Hulley. We will be trying our hand at whittling. Creating has many benefits to the body, mind and Soul and when we do this out in Nature we get the added and amplified benefits to our well-being too!
Come along and give it a go. Beginners to the experienced welcome. Full details are below.

Our next course of Pregnancy Yoga classes are now open for booking too for after the Summer. Please do share about these classes with any pregnant Goddesses you may know.
